Currently, Notemagic Music Studios teaches piano, flute, clarinet, guitar, voice and saxophone lessons from 6 years old and up. There are two annual recitals; a student recital in January and the main recital in June. Theory as well as performance is highlighted in Notemagic Music Studios and always in a fun and easy to understand way!
Years ago, still living in Queens, NY, Jennifer Clymer began teaching her friends and then broadened her reach to sharing her passion for music with children in her neighborhood. She has always loved teaching and she has always loved music. The combination of the two was a match made in heaven and Jennifer knew that this would be her profession! Through high school and her music education classes in college, the business continued to change and morph into something new. From there, the business took off, offering students a fun way to discover the joys of music!
In 2004, Jennifer Clymer moved to Pennsylvania and instead of teaching in a public school, began her music studio once again. As well as teaching various instruments and various ages, she is also a subsitute teacher at some of the Christian private schools in the area. Currently, Jennifer lives with her husband, Mike and their 2 daughters in Harrisburg.
When asked what the driving force is behind her business, Jennifer answers,
“I want students to be able to share the joy of music that I grew up with. No stuffiness, no big business; just a good, old-fashioned, down-home way of sharing what I have learned through the years.”
